3. Disclosure to Applicant Companies and Employers

Candidates acknowledge and agree that submitting a profile or applying to a job on GetWork.ph directly authorizes GetWork.ph to disclose, transmit, and display their complete candidate record, contact details, trade qualifications, and resume documents to commercial employers, site managers, and hiring organizations. Employers utilize this information to conduct applicant reviews, interview scheduling, and employment onboarding.

4. Right to Sell, License, and Transfer Data

GetWork.ph reserves the full, unrestricted legal right to sell, license, lease, share, transfer, or commercialize candidate data, aggregated market statistics, labor availability metrics, and candidate profile information with third-party business partners, recruitment platforms, industry analytics firms, data networks, and corporate affiliates. Candidates who create a profile on GetWork.ph grant an explicit commercial license for such data processing and transfer.

5. Autonomous AI Processing and Machine Dispatches

GetWork.ph incorporates autonomous AI matching agents and algorithmic processing engines:

• Algorithmic Evaluation: Candidate profiles are automatically scanned, structured, and scored by machine learning algorithms to recommend optimal job dispatches.
• AI Agent Queries: Programmatic machine agents query our public talent registries using HTTP 402 micro-payment protocols. Candidates consent to having their profile qualifications indexed and made available for AI-driven work order dispatching.
• Automated Decisioning: Candidate match scores and ranking metrics may be generated via automated systems without direct manual intervention.

6. Data Protection and Security Disclaimer

While GetWork.ph implements industry-standard technical safeguards, encryption protocols, and access controls to secure platform data, no digital storage transmission system can be guaranteed 100 percent secure. GetWork.ph disclaims liability for unauthorized third-party access, data breaches, or cyber intrusions beyond our reasonable control.

Candidates may access, review, update, or request modification of their personal account information through their candidate profile dashboard. Requests regarding account deletion or privacy inquiries may be directed to privacy@getwork.ph.
