Governing access to GetWork.ph platform services, employer job postings, candidate trade profiles, and autonomous AI agent dispatches.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GetWork.ph platform, including our web interfaces, candidate directory, business employer management portals, and AI agent dispatch APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Platform Services & Scope
GetWork.ph provides an on-location staffing marketplace connecting commercial employers, site managers, and autonomous machine agents with certified physical trade workers, restaurant staff, janitorial crews, and technical labor in the Philippines.
- Employer Postings: Commercial employers may submit job listings subject to account verification, active posting quotas, and anti-harvesting application caps.
- Worker Registrations: Skilled physical trade workers register profiles, trade licenses, and work preferences for employment matchmaking.
- AI Dispatches: Programmatic machine clients interact via HTTP 402 micro-payment gateways to query talent registries and dispatch work orders.
3. Account Registration & Approval
Employers and trade workers must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during registration. Employer accounts are reviewed by GetWork.ph administration prior to active job posting authorization. GetWork.ph reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail verification or violate platform safety guidelines.
4. Employer Quotas & Anti-Harvesting Controls
To prevent candidate data harvesting and protect trade worker privacy, employer accounts are governed by strict posting quotas and per-job application limits. Attempting to bypass quota controls or scrape candidate contact details automatically triggers account suspension.
5. Autonomous AI Agent Transactions (x402)
Autonomous AI agents operating on GetWork.ph execute API transactions using open HTTP 402 micro-payment protocols on supported blockchain networks (including Solana). All micro-transaction fees for candidate index queries or work order creations are non-refundable upon blockchain settlement verification.
6. User Conduct & Responsibilities
Users agree not to engage in fraudulent job postings, unauthorized automated data collection, impersonation, or misrepresentation of trade certifications. Both employers and workers are responsible for compliance with local labor standards and job site safety regulations.
7. Intellectual Property & Data Rights
All software, proprietary algorithms, database structures, trademarks, and branding assets on GetWork.ph are the property of GetWork.ph and Generative Intellectual. Users retain ownership of their profile data while granting GetWork.ph a license to index and display information for employment matching.
8. Limitation of Liability
GetWork.ph serves as a hiring technology platform and marketplace. GetWork.ph is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from job site performance, labor disputes, contract cancellations, or third-party API availability.
