Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about posting physical jobs and hiring skilled trade workers.

How do physical job postings work on GetWork.ph?

Employers register a business account, receive posting quotas, and publish physical on-site job ads specifying workplace location, city, barangay, shift schedule, pay rate type, and required trade certifications.

How are worker trade qualifications verified?

Workers register their primary trade skill, years of hands-on physical experience, TESDA NC II certifications, driver license restrictions, and health cards when completing their profile.

What are employer job quotas?

GetWork.ph enforces anti-harvesting quotas (e.g. 3 active listings and 25 applications cap per job for standard accounts) to prevent inactive listings and ensure high-intent direct placements.

Can I hire workers near my workplace location?

Yes. Job listings and worker profiles include City and Barangay attributes so businesses can match with nearby physical labor to reduce commute delays.

What trade categories are supported?

We support Skilled Technical Trades (Electricians, Plumbers, Welders), Food & Hospitality (Service Crew, Cooks), Facility Maintenance (Janitors, Cleaners), Logistics (Drivers, Warehouse Staff), Retail Operations (Cashiers), and Construction Labor.
